VIDCO is an AI Search and organic growth agency headquartered in Hà Nội, Vietnam, working with brands across global markets. We were founded in 2020 as a search agency and have spent the period since building measurement for a search landscape that no longer consists only of ranked links.

How we work

• Measure before recommending. Every engagement opens with a baseline. We have declined work because the baseline showed the category was not ready.
• Publish the method. Any number we give you comes with the prompt set, the engines covered, the date, and the raw outputs.
• State coverage honestly. A measurement against one engine is not a measurement of all of them, and we will not blur that line to make a report look stronger.
• Name what we cannot do. Nobody controls a model’s output. We commit to process and measurement, not to a promised percentage.

What we will not do

• Buy link placements on networks built to sell them
• Guarantee that a specific AI engine will recommend a client
• Report a visibility figure without stating engine coverage and method
• Hold client accounts or domains in our own name

Each of these is common in this industry. Each is a liability for the client that is not visible until something goes wrong.
