We publish ranges because “contact us for pricing” wastes everyone’s time. Final scope depends on competitive difficulty, current site condition and the number of markets — but you should be able to tell from this page whether we are in your range.

Engagements

Fees are set independently for each market. They are not converted from our Vietnamese rate card, because scope, deliverables and reporting differ.

What the AI Visibility Audit includes

• A prompt set of 50–100 non-brand queries built for your specific category
• Runs against the engines in scope, with every raw answer stored and handed over
• Mention Rate, Citation Rate and Share of Model
• A competitor board — which brands the engines currently treat as category leaders
• Entity and technical gap analysis
• A prioritised 90-day roadmap
• Explicit statement of which engines were and were not covered

The audit stands alone. There is no obligation to continue, and the deliverable is yours either way.

What is never included in a fee

• Purchased link placements. We do not buy them for clients.
• Guaranteed AI recommendation. Not purchasable from anyone.
• Paid media budget. Quoted and billed separately if we manage it.

When not to hire us

• You need revenue this quarter. Organic compounds over 6–12 months. Paid search is the right tool and we will say so.
• Order value is low and there is no repeat purchase. The arithmetic rarely works.
• Nobody searches for what you sell yet. We check this before quoting and will tell you if it is the case.

Turning down poorly-fitting work is cheaper for both sides than nine months of disappointment.

Frequently asked questions

Why publish ranges instead of exact prices?

Because difficulty varies enormously by category and by the state of the site. Ranges let you self-qualify; the exact number follows a scoping conversation.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Six months for retainers, because organic results do not accrue meaningfully in less. Audits are one-off with no commitment.

Do you offer performance-based pricing?

For defined query sets, sometimes — a base fee plus a results component. It only works where a site already meets a technical baseline.

What happens if targets are missed?

The contract states the remedy, typically continued work at no additional fee until the target is met. It is written down, not promised verbally.
