We deliver from Vietnam. That is an advantage on cost and on engineering throughput, and a limitation on anything that requires being physically present. These pages say which is which for each market, so you can decide before a sales call rather than after one.

Want to see where you stand before you commit?
Send us your domain. We run the technical audit and the AI visibility baseline, and send back the raw data alongside the findings.
Where we work, and what that actually means
We deliver from Hà Nội. That has concrete consequences in both directions, and the table below is the honest version rather than the sales version.
| Market | Overlap with Vietnam hours | Works well | Does not work |
|---|---|---|---|
| United States | Almost none — we work your previous evening | Async delivery: audits, content, technical fixes, measurement reporting | Same-day crisis response during your business hours |
| United Kingdom | Late afternoon Vietnam = your morning | A real daily window for calls and decisions | Nothing structural — this is our easiest English-language market |
| Australia | Strong — 3 to 4 hours ahead | Near same-timezone working, fastest feedback loop | — |
| Singapore & SEA | Identical or ±1 hour | Same working day, regional context we already understand | — |
| Germany & EU | Afternoon overlap | Technical and measurement work | German-language content — we do not staff native German writers |
What being offshore genuinely changes
It helps on engineering throughput
Technical fixes, schema work, content production at volume and measurement infrastructure are all delivered by a team that is not billing at London or New York rates. On a programme with a lot of build work, that difference is the whole business case.
It does not help on local relationships
Digital PR and third-party presence depend on knowing editors and association contacts in your market. We do not have those relationships in the US or UK, and we will say so rather than quietly underdeliver on the part of GEO that matters most. Where a programme needs it, we scope it as work you or a local partner owns.
It is neutral on the measurement layer
AI visibility measurement runs on fixed prompt sets against engines that do not care where the operator sits. Our baseline for a US query set is the same work as for a Vietnamese one.
Language
We operate in English and Vietnamese. We do not offer native-language content in German, Japanese, Korean or Chinese, and we would rather lose the brief than staff it badly — machine-translated content is exactly the kind of low-value output that both search engines and AI models are getting better at ignoring.
How engagements usually start
Regardless of market, the first step is the same: a measured baseline on your own category prompts, delivered with the raw answers so you can check the scoring. See AI Visibility Audit for what that includes, or run the free visibility checker first.

Which market guide should you read?
Each country has its own search behaviour, language mix and local-trust signals. The guides below are written for businesses that want to be found in a specific market while the delivery team sits in Hà Nội. Pick by where your customers are, not where you are.
| Your customers are in… | Read | The main question it answers |
|---|---|---|
| Vietnam (foreign company entering) | Vietnam market entry | How Vietnamese search behaves and what to localise |
| Vietnamese communities abroad | Vietnamese diaspora businesses | How to reach a bilingual audience |
| United States | United States | What delivering from Vietnam changes |
| United Kingdom | United Kingdom | Localisation beyond spelling |
| Australia | Australia | The local search landscape |
| Canada | Canada | Bilingual requirements and provincial search |
| Singapore and Southeast Asia | Singapore | Multilingual, regionally ambiguous search |
Questions to ask before choosing an offshore SEO team
- Which languages will the content be written in? We work in English and Vietnamese only. If you need German, Japanese, Korean or Chinese copy, you need another provider or a native editor.
- How much overlap do we need in working hours? Calls and reviews are easier when time zones overlap; the table on this page shows the overlap by region.
- Does the work depend on local relationships? Local press, partnerships and in-person events are harder to deliver remotely. Technical fixes, content and measurement are less affected.
- Who owns measurement? Make sure analytics and Search Console are under your account so you can verify results yourself.
A sensible first step
- Read the guide for your target country and note any assumption that does not match your business.
- Run the free AI Visibility Checker, using the target country as the optional field, to see how a model describes your brand.
- Review services and pricing to see how engagements are scoped.
- If you want a fuller baseline, read about the AI Visibility Audit or get in touch.
What we do not promise
We do not claim local offices, local staff or results in any market that are not documented. Competition, language and platform changes affect outcomes, and no provider can guarantee a ranking. If a market needs on-the-ground presence, we will tell you.
